SUSTAINABILITY

We aim to continuously develop, improve and sustain our performance within the scope of the Aydın - Denizli Motorway Project, which is carried out in accordance with the relevant practices and provisions of national legislation and international standards regarding environmental, social, occupational health and safety, labor, cultural and natural assets, land acquisition, public health and safety and transportation management.

For this purpose, the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies were based on the EIA studies completed in accordance with the local EIA Regulation and the existing studies were updated and improved with additional environmental and social studies.

A systematic approach has been applied in the preparation of the ESIA Report, including national and international legislative framework, environmental baseline studies, analysis of alternatives, assessment of environmental and social impacts, mitigation measures proposed to avoid and/or minimize potential impacts as well as environmental and social monitoring plans and environmental and social management systems (ESMS).
